STEP 1 - CERTIFIED REFLEXOLOGY EDUCATOR APPLICATION

Certified Reflexology Educator level applicants are required to complete a three-step process.

STEP 2 - SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Submit the following documents in PDF format.
Missing documentation could result in delay of application.

❑ Copy of National Certification in Reflexology
The applicant is required to be a certificant in good standing with a non-profit, stand-alone reflexology association, that offers psychometrically valid testing.

❑  Proof of Anatomy and Physiology Hours
The applicant is required to complete a minimum of 60 hours in Anatomy and Physiology (A&P). The applicant must provide the following documents. Choose one or a combination of the two:

  • A copy of transcript(s) indicating A&P class hours with a passing grade from the institution(s) attended, and/or

  • A letter from the instructor or an official form from the school or institution on their letterhead indicating A&P class hours, dates, and passing grade.

Upload document(s) verifying the sixty (60) hours of Anatomy and Physiology.

❑   Proof of Teaching Background Hours

The applicant is required to show a minimum of one hundred (100) hours of teaching. Total hours must not exceed a period of five (5) years from the date of application submission. The one hundred (100) hours must consist of at least fifty (50) hours of teaching reflexology. The remaining hours may consist of alternative coursework. Examples of alternative coursework shall include bodywork, business, marketing, A&P, etc. Classes must have been taught live and have had a minimum of two students per class.

  • Sole proprietors of a reflexology program, submit documents on business letterhead, course curriculum, hours, and number of attendees, and/or

  • Letter from the institution verifying courses taught, hours, and number of attendees. Upload documents that verify the one hundred (100) hours of your teaching background.

STEP 3 - PAYMENT PROCESSING

Approved Application

Upon NCRE application approval, applicants will receive the following:

  • A welcome letter

  • A letter explaining legislation and human trafficking in the United States

  • An NCRE Certificate

  • A copy of the NCRE Logo and usage information

  • NCREd designation is from January 1st through December 31st

Denied Application

Upon NCRE application denial, applicants will receive the following:

  • A letter with explanation for denial

  • Recommendations for resubmission

  • The Applicant will have 60 days to resubmit.

 

Renewal Payments

Renewal Payments are due in December and shall cover the time period for January 1 to December 31 of the following year. Applicants who become new Associates during the months of November or December do not need to renew for the following year.
